ComplianceMarket is operated by Hallmoore Ltd. We provide an online marketplace connecting UK businesses and individuals with compliance specialists. By using this site you agree to these terms.

2. Not legal advice

ComplianceMarket is a directory service. We do not provide legal, HR, or compliance advice. Listings on our platform do not constitute endorsement or recommendation. Always verify a specialist's credentials before engaging their services.

3. For businesses using the platform

• You may submit enquiries to listed specialists free of charge
• You are responsible for verifying the suitability of any specialist you engage
• Any contract for services is between you and the specialist — ComplianceMarket is not a party to that agreement
• You must not submit false, misleading, or abusive enquiries

4. For professionals listed on the platform

• You must provide accurate information about your qualifications, experience, and services
• Verified badges require submission of valid credentials — we reserve the right to revoke verification
• Paid subscriptions (Starter £49/month, Pro £149/month) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time
• Refunds are not provided for partial months
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove listings that breach these terms

5. Intellectual property

All content on ComplianceMarket — including text, logos, and design — is owned by Hallmoore Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

ComplianceMarket is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform, any specialist you engage through it, or any information on the site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
